Captain

The Captain is responsible for the overall smooth operation of the club. This includes organising regular committee meetings in accordance with the Club Constitution.

In addition, the Captain may determine the format of play at club outings, especially in response to member requests. The Captain is typically elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and serves a one-year term.

Vice-Captain

The Vice-Captain supports and deputises for the Captain when they are unavailable.

By tradition, the Vice-Captain elected at the AGM will usually assume the role of Captain the following year.

Treasurer

The Treasurer oversees all club finances, ensuring that funds are managed responsibly and used in the best interest of the membership.

They are responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and serve as the point of contact for any member seeking access to club funds.

Match Secretary

The Match Secretary ensures clear and timely communication of tee-off times, rules, and liaises directly with David Lloyd Rouken Glen.

This responsibility may be shared with the Club Secretary. They also maintain an accurate record of members' handicaps and serve as the first point of contact for rules and competition-related queries.

Secretary

The Secretary is responsible for coordinating communications and managing organisational matters within the club.

Any requests for general club information, items for Committee meeting agendas, or calls for a Special General Meeting (SGM) must be submitted in writing or via email to the Secretary.

Ordinary Members

Ordinary Members represent the wider club membership on the Committee and contribute to decision-making by providing additional perspectives and support.
